We are making some major changes around the brewery, and are looking to bring on two new people to expand our front + back of house teams this Spring!

FOH:

Our ideal candidate is a service industry rockstar who loves kombucha and talking about plants! Bartending experience, plus night and weekend availability required. Must be a detail oriented person, who works well independently, and has the ability to lift 50+ lbs.

BOH:

We are looking for a kitchen leader to support with the launch of our food menu! This role will consist of working directly with the ownership team to implement + innovate this brand new offering. Our ideal candidate excels in an independent, leadership role, and is excited about mindfully prepared, nutrient-dense foods, connecting with local farmers, and of course, fermentation. Must be available nights/weekends.

Every team member at Auspicious Brew will have the opportunity to be cross-trained in multiple departments. This often includes production assistance (labeling, bottling, canning), and support at community events (festivals, farmer's markets, live music). Flexibility + enthusiasm to jump in to help fill in gaps amongst our small team is a must.
