Auspicious Brew is licensed as an alcoholic beverage because through the natural process of fermentation kombucha exceeds the limit of 0.5% ABV. Many companies on the market are using highly mechanized equipment to remove the alcohol in their kombucha so that it can be more easily distributed as a non-alcoholic beverage.
We choose to brew our kombucha authentically. It is produced in small batches and meant to be enjoyed cold, as soon as possible.
Our CLASSIC KOMBUCHA contains 1% alcohol by volume.
Our HARD KOMBUCHA contains 5% alcohol by volume.
